Michael Jones came out immediately to give an estimate on a bath job. We recognized him at once-he had come out in January, was to send tile man to measure & give price-never heard from them! Asked him about this-he said they get SO MANY CALLS. Swamped, So they just don't bother to call back. "We can't help everybody." They must cherry pick jobs. Unapologetic, surly, rude. He may not be interested in a job, but there is no 3rd use goes I h an attitude. He should quit sendi,g out advertising postcards if he is so swamped! Would NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!

I was referred to Mike by some friends who had recently gotten some work done to their kitchen. Mike and his crew were very friendly and professional. They had remodeled my kitchen and did a flawless job. Every day after work they would clean up all the mess such as sweep up and tidy the kitchen area they were working on, which my wife and I were very happy to come home to after a long day of work. Mike was very helpful to us and would always address our concerns and make sure to keep us up to date. I am very glad that my friends had recommended him and I plan to call him soon to get my bathrooms remodeled. 10 out 10 rating!
