Wish I could give them NO stars! Tried to order a change machine and they refunded my money back (AFTER NEARLY A MONTH OF WAITING FOR THE CHANGE MACHINE) JUST because I asked questions AND EVEN BEFORE MY ITEM GOT SHIPPED!
Bad customer service, bad at answering questions, and bad at trying to understand!!
When I went into lakeside distributors and I noticed problems the moment I went into the business. The showroom is very dark and reminded me of a dungeon. I walked in and slowly looked around and was approached by what I guess was the owner's wife. This lady while very nice couldn't answer the very simple question I had--"Do you sell just a plain arcade cabinet?" The lady looked at me like I was crazy. I explained that I'm not looking for an actual arcade machine, just the wooden shell with the marquee and artwork that it comes in. She tells me that she'll have to ask her husband. (This next part is the real icing on the cake) She goes back into the main showroom and calls to a man with his back turned sitting in a chair about 30 feet away and ask him the question that I asked her. He turns in his chair NOT EVEN BOTHERING TO GET UP proceeds to call over the counter back to me. "It cost me over $200 just to put a monitor in one of those, I ain't selling it any less." Clearly, he to did not understand what I was asking--I DIDN'T WANT A MONITOR, JUST A CABINET. I didn't bother trying to ask again and left the store frustrated. The sad thing is this man could have sold me an old plywood arcade cabinet (that he had) and made $200 for no work.
NEVER ordering anything from here EVER again.

Very nice and helpful. Great selection of arcade machines and pinball machines. They also fix and repair them so that's nice.
